Description
New WIP of a dark angel I'm drawing. I'm not really happy with the skin color I still have to learn how to mix colors with colored pencils properly and I still feel like I'm really bad at blending...I take ages to get stuff to look right. I'm much better at this stuff with graphite pencils but I guess I just have to practice working with colors. xD I haven't done so much colored realism work yet anyway...I just wish I could finally find the perfect shades for drawing pale skin.

In my opinion, the colors you use to shade pale skin are great, it's not easy to make pale skin, I can tell that.
Those purple touches really makes the viewer feel the coldness of the skin.
Also the lips are looking gorgeous.
The hair has some dynamism, wich is a good thing, and I like to see artists giving some dynamism to the hair.
I wish I had just as many coloring pencils as you do XD, that's really a full set of color.
Can't wait to see it finished! :3
